hummingbird200 @jeb1740 You just purchased, received, rated me for a black cardigan. If I saw a hole, I wouldn’t have listed it. I am very careful when looking over items I post/again when packaging. If I notice something, such as “slight wear”, I note it in the listing/price accordingly. When you receive an item, you aren’t happy with, you are to contact the Seller, & PM & request a refund/send photos to PM to show the condition.

hummingbird200 @jeb1740 I would’ve gladly refunded your money. I sincerely apologize for the mistake. I have 5 star ratings & “love notes”. Cust svc is important to me. I didn’t see a hole when I boxed the cardigan, but I agree to a refund over a $3 profit. I’m sorry for the mistake.

hummingbird200 @jeb1740 Hi. You don’t send it back. You would have kept it. And I did go over it. In fact it had a small spot on the wrist area that I cleaned off. And afterwards, inspected the rest of the item carefully. Did not see a hole. However, in the name of customer service, would have still offered a refund. Good day.
