jaxngunner @ddeguz17 I didn't accept it. I waited to see if it held time by sitting in daylight. If it's solar, 24 hrs of light should have it not needing a battery. So on the 3rd day, I went on to NOT accept it and initiate the return process poshmark had already released the funds to you so it was automatically accepted. you were not honest in your description of the condition. Just because it's never been worn does not matter. You need to be forthcoming with a customer that it's yellowed from age.

retrovision3d @jkuronya listen I am an honest seller and have nothin but good reviews. That being said the watch is battery operated. It has been sitting in the box for over 2 years so when I made this post it was very old. I have been trying to sell it for 2 years now. The watch just needs a new band and they are interchangeable because they are nixon watches. I apologize for not noticing this before sending it out to you otherwise I would have fixed the issues. retrovision3d @jkuronya the listing was old I told you this. There is buyer protection within a certain time frame. There is also seller protection because once funds are released it is unfair to try and make a claim to return funds that have already been released. I’m sorry about the inconveniences but I run an online shop selling old goods and never have issues. Have a good day. Sorry about the issues. Easily fixable though!

jaxngunner @ddeguz17 you told me this after the fact. And I told you I waited the full 3 days to see if it worked, and it didn't. You keep saying easily fixable, but that requires need to go out and buy more things. That is dishonest. I took those days that I thought I was allotted to make sure it ran, and it didn't. You did not tell me this will run if you go buy a battery. It's solar powered. Are you forgetting that? This is so unprofessional it's not even funny.

You had 3 days buyer protection after that payment is released and seller is protected from problematic people like you. You said I did nothing for customer service but dear, I attended to you instantly, switched the ring you ordered AND gave you the original one for free.
