ghsmermaid @fancycup Hi Sweets, No you don't pay for shipping. The buyer does. PM will send you a prepaid shpg label to attach to the pkg you are mailing out. If the box weighs over 5lbs though, you are responsible for paying the difference. You get paid to your PM acct once your pkg is received and accepted by the buyer. Be prompt about mailing out within 24-48 hrs. Pkg things nicely, add a thank you note etc. Be sure to disclose any defects (stains, snags, etc).in your desc/photo. Aim to please.

ghsmermaid @fancycup Hi Jenny. No, never ever give your address out or any personal info, personal email, phone # etc. Keep everything through the PM site. You can block that person if you want to. I was asked to model one of my sales and that creeped me out. I eventually found a mannequin to incorporate into my listings. Be careful my friend!

ghsmermaid @fancycup Re the firm price request...it could be that they don't want to insult you with a low ball offer. Just ask them to make an offer and you can accept, decline or counter offer. It's the learning curve stage my dear. Google has some great info about PM. Stay strong and in touch. Have a great weekend.

vino98 hi Jenny, I have not received the ordered tory burch gigi in black. I tried the ups tracking number listed and ups cannot locate shipment details for that number. could there be an error on the number? could the package be lost? can you contact ups? please let me know.
