I'm stunned and saddened by your rating. I looked the items over thoroughly before shipping. If you could email me (sallyrowan@yahoo. com) pics I would appreciate it. It's impossible that it's toothpaste, but implying it's something less savory is not cool. I would never ship you an item that was unclean. I take fabulous care of my clothing. I'm sorry that you're disappointed. What can we do to resolve this? Would you like the BNWT purple paisley Perfect?

As far as shipping, it was almost exactly 3 days. June 5 8:39am the label was created and June 8 8:43am the package was left at your home with an individual. ❤️

@sallyrowan Ok, the ship'g isn't a big deal, It FELT longer. I can edit that if everyone sees that. The dirty dress was weird. I will take photos when I get home. Haven't washed the dress yet. This is my first PM purchase. I take it for granted the rating is 4 your review, only, right? Or is that incorrect? I can't tell what every1 can see vs what only the buyer & seller can see between ourselves. Is this that I'm writing right here viewable to everyone or just us?

@tractororchardb -Reviews tally and average out. The line item “could improve -item cleanliness” stands alone and implies my entire closet is dirty. I was saddened by the “something less tasteful” comment. We all know what that means. I looked back at the pics. And you were right. There is something on the dress. It’s visible in the listing pics. I’m very sorry. I’m certain it will wash out. I wore it once hung it in my closet. Paisley Perfect is yours if you want it!

@mmcglinchey Yay! Great. I previously bought a size 18W,; they had the 18W paper tag and a size 16W tag on the inside. I never managed to arrange an exchange and accidentally wore them the other day and realized why they were so tight in the waist when I took them off after a few hours. Oops. I really like the way the jean, in general, fit, but OF COURSE, this style is not currently sold on their site.
