Hi! I noticed that usps has tried to deliver your order 2x It says unable to deliver due to unsecure area You probably need to contact your post office or go by there They will send the order back after 2 weeks Let me know if I can help in anyway

Ugh! They are awful! I live in a neighborhood where we have locked boxes for our mail so I don’t know why they would say “unsecured area”. I’ll check with them to see why they aren’t putting it in my LOCKED mailbox.

Ugh! They are awful (the mail carriers in my neighborhood). I live in a neighborhood where everyone has their own LOCKED mailbox so they shouldn’t be using the excuse that it’s “unsecure”. And they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone and are closed all weekend (Sat and Sun). So, I’ll have to see if my husband can go there on his day off (Tues) to try and talk to someone about it.

@amytankersley okay. I did get a slip saying I have a package to pick up at the post office so maybe that’s it. I’ll let you know. Like I said, they aren’t open on the weekends so the earliest I can check would be Tuesday.

@amytankersley Hi there, My husband is going tomorrow to the post office. I work 45 mins away from the post office so I cannot go Mon-Fri and the post office is closed Sat & Sun, so I had to wait until Wed (my husband’s day off) to go get it.
