lorriegranthawk @jdhorse22 I went to the email & it said delivered at door or on porch. I live in a studio & I always use the sliding glass doors to go in & out of. I never go thru the front door so I opened the it & there it was, whew! Lol! Thank goodness! I will open it in a minute & check it out then I'll accept it. I will then mail to my mom. I’ve had it happen one other time when a postal worker determined that a box was “too large”. The customer refused the shipment and it came back to me. I’m so sorry this happened on your order.I’m glad to refund you 1/2 of shipping or feel free to mail back for full refund. Again I apologize for the inconvenience
