jennythai72 @kdthe Hey there, I’m sorry I’m not really sure how to help you from here. I just print the label for the items and bring it to the post office. They scan it in and update the shipping/tracking themselves. So if the address is incorrect I’m not sure what I can do. The proof of delivery is something that you have to request before shipping but I don’t even if poshmark has that option since they generate the shipping labels.
