jennyvoila @character19 I went to my accounts page and then click contact support. I chose to General tab and then just explain the issue. I know other people have included screenshots but I didn’t because my phone storage is full. I told them to contact me so I can give them the listings. I have a few of them saved.

jennyvoila @organiconly Hi, Thanks for reaching out! To be honest, Your listings look fine to me. Your pictures are clear and your description seems detailed enough. The only other thing I would probably do is add a bunch of hashtags, so that people who are searching for an item but don’t exactly know what they want I can come across it. For instance # thermos coffee cup cold beverage drink Columbia insulated.... you get the idea :)

jennyvoila @organiconly you’re welcome! Love your items! I saved it in my likes for now. We’re about to move, so I need to downsize and not purchase more right now 😭. Why don’t you screenshot the brand from the Internet and include their mission statement with your listings? A lot of people look for plastic free, eco friendly, sustainable items. Also some more hashtags to consider adding :)
