What happens is the buyer who received your item will be sent a shipping label and you will be sent a shipping label to complete a swap. Again, my sincerest apologies. jennyhowren @poshtasticdeals , so it looks like the wrong item will be here tomorrow. So, when and how does the new label (to go out to the other customer) get sent to me? I will send the other customer’s item out on Monday if you send me the label ASAP. I will not be able to send out this item before then. I ordered it to wear to an event so time is of the essence. So, my question is…. When will the label and how will the label get to me?

found4youct @jennyhowren Once you receive the package, open a case for wrong item received. This will trigger the return label to be sent to your email.

found4youct @jennyhowren Are you familiar with USPS porch pickup? You can access through the USPS website and schedule a pickup so you do not have to go to the PO.

jennyhowren @poshtasticdeals the PO is not far from me and I really want to complete my side of this ASAP because I need my dress soon! So… the return label returns it to YOU? Or forwards it on to the other customer? So, really, it needs to go back to your home and you switch it out and resend?

jennyhowren @poshtasticdeals the black camisole is in my possession. I am waiting on the label to be emailed from you to me and I will put it in an envelope s as bd mail it out tomorrow. I’m assuming I am paying for the envelope at the post office since none is provided? Will the shipping label be pre paid or will I have to pay for the shipping costs too?

jennyhowren @poshtasticdeals look, I can’t continue to sit around and wait for the right ticket to come. We’re on vacation. I do still want this dress but can you meet me halfway on this? I’ll process this label as is because I don’t have time to wait for another label, so the other garment will come to you. Maybe you take over shipping it to your other customer. As far as my piece, if it comes to you, pls send out immediately. If it comes to the other customer, pls request same day turnover.

found4youct @jennyhowren I understand your frustration. The issue is the dress would get to you faster with a swap. However, Posh support processed incorrectly as a return. A return would send the items back to me and refund the buyers.

jennyhowren @poshtasticdeals I have tomorrow til 1pm to get this item out or it waits til the 19th. I can’t wait anymore. Whatever label I have tmrw by 1pm EST is going to have to work. If PMark expedites a reprocess today, they can send me the correct label today. The package either goes tomorrow with whatever shipping label I have, either to you or hopefully the other customer’s correct label or the whole exchange waits a week. What do you want to do? I need to get back to my vacation.

jennyhowren @poshtasticdeals I guess I’m hoping the other customer MAY have gotten the right label? The label that goes to me? Maybe I’ll get my dress earlier than later. Either way, the cami is coming to you leaving my house Saturday, unless they magically reprocess another label before 1pm tomorrow. I guess my dress will either come to you first or to me. But you may have to send it on if it comes to you first.
