alwaysannie Hey Jenny I just wanted to update you on your order and James Charles bundle… I’m sorry occasionally this happens but I did ship your order out three days ago sometimes the post office gets backed up I mail out to about 25 to 50 orders a week easily and I am very used to complications and occasionally this does happen I’m very sorry if you want to cancel I understand but it’s already on your its way to you

alwaysannie So if you cancel and have to return it will you please please please not touch the pallet they’re so hard to find right now but it is on its way to you again I totally understand if you want to cancel however u still will be receiving it so I’m very sorry for the inconvenience I just wanted to update you about that and tell you I understand whatever you decide to do or if you could please not watch any of the colors if your plan on canceling in returning to order I’d be very grateful

kjsfhanson @alwaysannie I purchased this bundle as a special gift for my teenage daughters so I do want it. My husband is a Postal Inspector so I can have him look into any shipping issues. I am a little disappointed at the delay but overall it's not a big deal. Thanks for the update.
