Hi Jenny. We’re sorry your box was damaged from usps. Unfortunately that’s out of our control. The shoes were packaged adequately in a brand new box. As for the shoes getting dusty, were unsure as to how that could happen. Enjoy your shoes, have a great day.

The shoes were cleaned with Jason Markk shoe cleaner previous to shipping (they were not in storage or anywhere dusty). You can reference the pictures in the post where no dust is visible. I’m assuming they got dusty due to the mishandling of usps during shipment.
