jshapleton @jeanne8854 I have not received the package yet, and on my end it says it hasn't been delivered. So I certainly didn't refuse the package. Perhaps a Posh glitch? Does it still say that I refused it?

jeanne8854 @jshapleton It still says it, but I will check on Monday, and let you know. I don’t know if it says it on your end with the tracking information. It said it was delivered on Saturday approximately 8:30 AM and refused around 12:30. I’m hoping you get it on Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience and have a great rest of the day 💕😊

jeanne8854 @jshapleton Hi Jenny. Did you receive your package today? I just checked the tracking and it says it was refused on Saturday. I know you said you didn’t refuse it when I talked to you. I contacted Poshmark Support yesterday and today to ask about this. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. This has never happened before. I will keep you posted. Have a great evening -Heather

jshapleton @bonnieb333 hi, sorry, I work very long hours sometimes so I am not always able to go on this app everyday. I was not refusing a discussion with you. I had originally purchased the skirt for myself from Nordstrom Rack. I remember it having a little wear, but to my knowledge this was all intentional denim "wear" that was part of the design. I thought that the skirt, like many other rag & bone products, came slightly pre-distressed.

jshapleton @bonnieb333 I listed the skirt in the exact condition in which it was purchased with the tags that were attached to it when I purchased it in store. I do not remember it having any holes. Most importantly, though, I had listed the skirt exactly as I had purchased it in store. I am a long-time seller on Poshmark with very high ratings, and I can assure you that the listing and sale were not made with any malicious intent.

I am sorry you do not like the skirt, and I know this does not fix anything, but it is very important to me that you know that I was not trying to con anyone or sell an inferior garment. At the end of the day, I want my customers to be happy with their purchases, and I do my best to include lots if photos in my listings to try to help people see the details of the garment before purchasing. Thanks.
