tinabe2627 Hello, I’m really sorry you received the mug in broken condition! I always take good care of packaging & this is a first for me! Could you please submit pictures of bubbles wrapping used as well of exterior box which was clearly marked as fragile!Just don’t want Poshmark to think I used only tissue paper & I want to make sure that we are both reimbursed since is obviously a post office mishandling! Thank you & sorry again for the inconvenience
