Hi!! I packaged the baby formula maker really well and put it in the mail… I realized I have the accessory that holds the bottle under the machine. For large bottles it’s not necessary, but I apologize for leaving that part out!! I’ve asked posh for an additional label to send it to you and if they don’t provide one I will put it in the mail myself. Again, my apologies for this. It’s really just a bonus accessory but I want you to have it!

I just went to the post office and they had returned the original large package (the actual brezza item) to me because the poshmark prepaid label did not cover enough of the postage. I am asking posh for a new label. Sorry about this!!! Once I get the label from them, hopefully today, I will have it in the mail for you… Again

@jennywallace16 hi again! Posh says that they would like you to contact customer support regarding this issue. I explained to them that if they simply provide me another label with different tracking I can send that and we should be good.
I think they voided that original label even though I asked for a completely new one so the item came back to me & only the accessory piece was tracked. I will send ASAP Can you reach out on your end as they have suggested & explain the situation?

@jennywallace16 I’ve just been emailing customer service. I think you can click onto the transaction & there’s an option to contact them regarding it. At this point we just need a new label & I can put it in the mail ASAP!!

Rest assured, we do see that we've assisted the seller. They are able to update their shipping label so that you do not have to pay for additional postage.

I can’t believe we can’t msg each other privately about this. Posh platform is frustrating. They in fact did NOT send me an overweight label. I reached out AGAIN. You will receive this item I just need the label from them! 😭😞😞😞
