upluxe @jennyhenders948 Hi! Unfortunately, it was already shipped & orders can’t be canceled once sent. I was sick when you purchased it but informed Posh immediately. I also tried to contact you but couldn’t find your profile. It’s all documented & I followed Posh’s protocols. I sent it over 2 days ago, a total of 9 days—not 3 weeks—from the purchase date. It’s a GREAT bag & you’ll see it was worth the slight delay. My apologies!

upluxe Hi again. Apparently USPS is delayed due to Covid. I’ve been tracking it and actually filed a claim with them because it’s been delayed. I notified Posh too so let’s see. So sorry for this but the post office has been awful. Let’s see if you get it in the next few days—I totally understand your frustration!

upluxe @jennyhenders948 Hi Again! I’m not exactly sure how it works, but please look at the payment section under Poshmark help & FAQs, and see what it says about paying after you initially canceled. I think you might have to repurchase it so the money can be released. If you’d like, please leave me a note on the bag’s listing page and we’ll go from there (we can work something out). Thanks!
