Hi Jenny! It seems I accidentally switched shipping labels on a couple of my shipments.. I am so so sorry. I just got notification someone else got your Jason Wu dress.. she is a wonderful understanding buyer and will ship the dress back to me so I can get it to you if you still want it. @mewpers I just don’t get it ☹️ I have no idea what happened to that other package it’s so weird. The other buyer got a label to send you the dress, not back to me so hopefully you will receive it soon. I think she shipped it yesterday. Please let me know. Again I’m so sorry about all this confusion.

@joeloveslaura is there tracking? If so, let me know if it made to our building in the very least and I’ll see if our office manager/receptionist can engage building management. Boxes get delivered to our receptionist in-person so it could be possible it was delivered to the wrong suite if not to us but def delivered to our building.
