I’m Jenny — a mama, professor, and the heart behind this shop. After my home flooded twice in 13 months here in Florida, my perspective on consumerism and material things changed. It deepened my appreciation for the beauty in sustainability and the things that truly matter. While I’ve always loved thrifting, this experience enhanced my passion for preloved clothing and led me to start The Place of Flowers. Here, I curate a collection of beautiful, sustainable pieces from brands like Free People, Anthropologie, and more — each item with a story to tell and a second life to live. Inspired by Florida’s original name, The Place of Flowers is about embracing beauty, living more intentionally, and helping you find pieces that make you feel amazing, inside and out.
