jjgrace @piazza1973 I apologize for having to open a case, but there was something rather disgusting inside one of the outer pockets. I'm sure it's something you overlooked and that you didn't leave it there intentionally. I'm really bummed because otherwise it's an adorable purse. 😢

piazza1973 @jjgrace Oh gosh,That is so odd because I had that purse wide open and was all in the pockets when taking pictures of it. I purchased the purse used myself and I never saw anything in the pockets when I checked them so I am very sorry for what ever it was. I would have given you a refund myself if they let us do things that way because it is important to me that my customers are happy with their purchase. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

jjgrace @piazza1973 I'm sure it wasn't intentional on your part. Poshmark doesn't allow sellers to accept returns on their own so it has to go through their customer service. What I found was at the very bottom of the pocket. I'm thinking a child may have used this purse at one time and left candy in there.

I also had trouble with another buyer she purchased a bracelet from me and said it looked silver not gold when she got her sticker to send it back she sent me an empty envelope. I complained and got paid but the nerve of some people. I wasn't going to let her get away with basically stealing from me.

Different than you expected or didn’t fit like I thought it would? Customer service is WAY more important to me than money! I just started a new shop on line that makes clothing, bags, home goods and other small items out of my art work and it has consumed me this week. So so sorry for the delay in response. I love the top and the service. The only suggestion I might add is to go lighter on the scented stuff it does not bother me but people like my daughter are sensitive to scents on clothing. Thank you so much.

kellyndutch @piazza1973 ok. Thank you. I appreciate that feedback. It is only my typical fabric softener and sometimes it dissipates if you put in in the dryer but I hang dry all of my tops. If you wash in cold water then hang to dry, the scent should wash away. Sorry about that. But thank you!:)
