She finally got them a few days ago but now she not responded back. So now she got paid and got the item back. You know I’m new at this so she got me.

So if the seller didn’t issue a “wrong item sent” they probably just issued a send back. If you sent the original item back, you should see a refund on your card within a day or two. How long since the item got delivered back to the seller?

jeremyloy @doriswade357 damn, wish you had asked me before you paid to send back. Never do that on posh, they always pay for returns. Go to “my purchases” and select the one your having issues with, then look for “problem with order”, should let you have an option to contact support, based on the order.
