Hey Jeremy, I just wanted to reach out to see if you had gotten any notice from USPS or PoshMark and your Banana Republic coat you purchased. I have no idea what is going on with it nor why you haven’t received yet. I’m working to find answers on my end as well. Please let me know what you find out. Thank you 😊

@jakoch Thank you for contacting me. I placed a delayed/missing package inquiry with USPS. The only response was an automated satisfaction survey. Poshmark said that because USPS updated the package status at the beginning of January their protocol was to wait 30 days before contacting you. I appreciate anything you can do to get information out of USPS in Georgia.
