ladycheetah55 Jerilyn If I provide You with a shipping label to send the Shoes to the correct buyer would You do that for me ? I will then have her send You the charm of course with tracking. I will supply the labels ? This I believe would be the easiest solution. So Sorry.

jzanetti @ladycheetah55 I'm the one who ordered the shoes. And that box was empty, there is no charm in the box, the other customer would have been equally as angry if you did send her the right package. I will send the box to you as soon as I get the shoes I ordered, or if you send the shipping label I will send the box to the next person....let me know.

ladycheetah55 @jzanetti Also what kind of box did you get as the shoes were not put in a box, The juicy charm was. The weight is on the shipment. So if You would please help me out with this I can give get u ur shoes much quicker. I will get the shoes to You no problem but i need the charm back. Please I want to make things right. Thats all.being angry at me is not going to solve this, I made a mistake. I will fix it please dont be upset ok. I am not a child but a Woman I will take care of this.

jzanetti @ladycheetah55 the box was empty, when I received the package I opened the box and there was nothing, I took a picture right then and sent it to posh mark.

ladycheetah55 @jzanetti I didnt have a ton of orders I had 2 and I keep the juicy charms in the boxes, the shoes never came in a box so I didnt ship those in a box, VS stores do not sell those in a box. Also You received that charm i only had 2 labels. You are being dishonest. 1day, Good luck with that. Its a shame that U have to lie about this I would have given u a discount for the inconvience.

dalverson Hi Jerilyn, my apologies for the late response. I really appreciate your purchase. However, I am out of town for a family member funeral and won’t be back until Sunday.
