rainbowduck @_thelacedaisy I don’t know why people do this. I take it seriously as well and being called unprofessional was hurtful. I know that I sent out 2 nice sweaters and to get horrible feedback, which damages my reputation, and not be given a chance to refund or whatever is wrong. I contacted Poshmark directly about this buyer, maybe you should too.
