stacyana818 @jerri111 it is in good condition. The ivory one is perfect. this shows very minimal signs of use, hence the much reduced price vs. ivory., which is new with tags. I have a total of 3 Banana Republic pencil skirts, navy, black & ivory. Navy worn possibly twice, ivory of course never, black only a handful of times. Just don't wear that style in current job. Would give you a great deal if you were interested in 2 or even all 3...just a thought.
