I try to examine my items before after purchase, The broke zipper on jeans slipped by me, for that I’m truly sorry. I would like to offer you one of two things 1. ragingmoons @jerrilynnhug Spoke to the post offices it’s on its way to you. They said it will get scanned in at the next facility and will updated in the system. I’ve spoken to Poshmark as well so they know. Hopefully it will update today! I’m very excited for you to get your package! I added a bunch of extra goodies! Cheers! ❤️😀⭐️

ragingmoons @jerrilynnhug Hi! I have an update. Posh just informed me that your package was delivered by Canada post. We are trying to get to rerouted to you, or it may come back to me. I should find out the decision soon. I’ll keep you posted today/tomorrow on what they tell me. This is crazy. I’ve never had something like this happen before. I’m so sorry. I feel so awful. I’m just so happy we found where the package is. Anyway, keep you posted have a great day.

ragingmoons @jerrilynnhug Hi, so the ordered was delivered to the wrong address. Canada post is being sending it back to me. I can re-send it the moment I get it. I will pay extra and have it shipped priority express. I do understand completely if you want to cancel this order since it has taken so long to received it. If so, let me know. These things are so hard to not get so frustrated about with it being out of my hands and in the hands of the postal workers.

ragingmoons @jerrilynnhug If I were I wouldn’t want to wait for a package Canada Post lost. This is unexceptionable. You should not have to deal with this. Pleas feel free to cancel the order. I will watch for cancel to confirm. All the best.

jerrilynnhug @ragingmoons they should have just redirected to the proper address instead of returning it to sender and they should do it priority as well, since it's there error ! ( in my opinion!)

ragingmoons @jerrilynnhug Yes, exactly! You are so right! I tried to get them to send it right to you. I begged them. They said it must be returned to sender. Ugh. I was on the phone for 3 1/2 hours talking to different people. They are super short staffed. It was so frustrating. Thanks for understanding!

ragingmoons @jerrilynnhug No update. I emailed Posh yesterday actually asking for a tracking update and they said they haven’t seen it start tracking back yet to me yet. I explained my frustrations. They are being very helpful as this is Canada Posts fault, but I don’t understand the delays. Grrrrr! The minute I know anything you will know. But again, I completely understand if you want to cancel this order for the package not showing up. This is just crazy!
