hello,
sorry to hear about your jacket,
all clothing gets washed and put away in a smoke free environment. so there are absolutely 0 cigarette smoke. not sure why or what this is from... and I sent out 7 other clothing items that were hanging up with the jacket so not sure where the cig smoke is coming from.

hello send the jacket back you are obviously disappointed and none of the 1000+ items if clothes I have sold in the past 2 years have never been near or around cig smoke. contact poshmark, and I will as well because I don't sell 2 star items also you had 3 days to return the product you did not have to accept it? like please be more aware and again ZERO smoke is in my house. I will do whatever it takes to have posh remove the review and help you return you unhappy purchase. thanks.

also I do not understand why it took you 6 days to fully review the purchased item? do you have cigs in your house did the jacket sit around and collect smells, poshmark gives you a 3 day period to check your order

if you were unhappy within the first 72 hrs you should have made the proper choice and returned the item or you could simply wash it if you thought it smelled. really a simple solution. and next time don't wait so long because posh will not reimburse you, but lesson learned don't procrastinate so long and things will be better for you.

As I’ve aforementioned, could’ve been some other odor I’m far from an Expert...
Just was far from appealing & No Need to come off like that—-Especially when a customer is expressing the issues & Concerns...
Just accept it as a learning curve, & do better next time out...
I wouldn’t make this up unless it were fact...👎🏼

@usautoexport to do what rewash it and to not keep smoking ever how do I fix smoke smell? if there is no smoke? you had you perspective and I am explaining how the closet runs, no smoke all things cleaned not sure what else to say, That is why there is a 3 day grace period, we can all learn to act quicker and you could have easily returned and received a refund.
