mamabee2424 Hi I shipped two items the other day, a belt and shoes and I just got a message from the buyer of the shoes saying that they received the belt instead, I am going to have her send them back to me so I can get them to you. I'm so sorry for this inconvenience!

hereinva @mamabee2424 wait a minute I paid and you shipped to the wrong place. I don't recall getting a refund. You just need to send it out UNLESS you can provide me with proof of a refund

mamabee2424 Nobody who sells gets paid until the buyer receives and rates the item but I put in an open case with Poshmark before you even received the wrong item because I found out that ups somehow ended up shipping you the shoes and the person who ordered the shoes got the belt. I was upset at how that could even happen but I have the belt back now if you want it but if you didn't receive a refund then you need to open up a claim with Poshmark support that would be an issue on their part.

mamabee2424 @hereinva it wasn't me who shipped to the wrong place it was a mistake UPS made. I didn't know until the other buyer contacted me saying she received a belt instead of the shoes she ordered. But like I said you should have received your refund in full shipping and everything from Poshmark because I put in a case on your behalf saying that the wrong item was shipped.
