Hi Jesa, you reported a scratch on the screen of the FitBit. I'm surprised as I don't recall one nor can I see it in the photo. My regrets and you are welcome to return it to me. I would never purposefully misrepresent what I sell. Catherine

It's at the top of the screen and it's two small slash marks one is about an 8th inch long and you can feel it as much as see it. The light hit just right when I took it out of the wrapping.
I appreciate the offer to return it, but it's here and it works and I don't think you meant to misrepresent the watch. Thank you for the response.
