Hi! I’m so sorry you did not receive your item. I would encourage you to reach out to Poshmark regarding this issue. I really wish you would have reached out to me as well to try to get this resolved instead of just giving me a 1 star rating. This reflects poorly on me as a seller when I didn’t do anything wrong. Poshmark protects both buyer and seller.

@karmalitam well if you’re only concerned about a rating that’s pretty selfish . But I will be reaching out to Poshmark thank you . I was not able to notice as soon as It states delivered because my office was closed by the time I got home from work finally had time today as package is no where to be found hoping this can be resolved by Monday .

I was just trying to give you perspective on how it works and the right thing to do. In the future you may want to contact the seller first to resolve an issue because they may just refund the money if you’re not happy. Personally, a good rating and happy customer is more important to me than a $12 sale.
