jacqv Thanks again. I'm so disappointed, although I knew it was too good to be true. I think I was previously disappointed of another sale I missed when a seller was selling a new pair she wore once, and it was too small. But hers was authentic. This current seller has not contacted me, hasn't replied to my emails, and my order is still in process. I emailed posh customer support and reported the item. Thanks doll! butterflyzzz @mendeliandesign hi Hun thank you very much. I don't do much weight training yet. I started using an app called Demifit two months ago. It's by a Russian woman who looks super amazing. It gives you full one hour workout about 3-4 times a week. If you will stay loyal to it like I did then you will see results in a month and then it will only get better. Also you can do it at home.

butterflyzzz @mendeliandesign the app has 3 levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. And each level you can choose exercises to be performed at home or gym. I also do cardio for 40 min in the gym on the days when there is no workout. I don't follow any specific diet but I don't drink sodas at all, no fast food and also don't drink alcohol. I love veggies though so in general I don't eat heavy. I love chocolate so I eat that everyday 😳which isn't good but o can't help it. I eat pizza once in like 2 weeks.

butterflyzzz @mendeliandesign I enjoy it more when it's a rare occasion. I think what you need is a structure. Personal trainer always helps but that can be really expensive and not all trainers are good. I think the app is great especially if you don't really know what to do. I think it's 25$ but worth every penny.
