@luvlyn8tve Thank you for your order! It should arrive tomorrow. I turned the battery pack off for shipping to save battery life. It is inside the dress in a white pouch. You just take it out of the pouch and switch it over to "on". Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

@luvlyn8tve Jess, why are you just now rating me so poorly and saying you didn't receive the item you purchased? I have proof that they were delivered over two weeks ago, if there was an issue you should have contacted postmark support right away. It is a shame that you are doing this now... I would appreciate if you remove the rude comment as I don't do this kind of business. I will open up a case because this is wrong on your part!

@myclosetsyours1 because i was trying to find out where they went this whole time and talked woth post office here and trying to figure all that out .. tried to get a claim going but cant due to how the shipping part is i guess ... i didnt receive them at all

@luvlyn8tve your response doesn't make sense at all. I contacted you when the item was delivered and you never responded to me, if you didn't get them then your next move was to contact poshmark support, not the post office. If you would have let me know right then about the issue, then I would have been more than happy to report it so that poshmark could investigate and you would have gotten your money back. It is not fair that you are rating me so low for a transaction from last month.

@luvlyn8tve your items were tracking all the way to your home address, otherwise the update on poshmark would have not changed but they did. you had plenty of time to review and submit a claim. Now this is all sounding like a big lie to try to hurt me and my pm business, that is not not cool. so disappointed!
