Hi Jess, I bought some items from you but I never received the package. I just checked the tracking and it shows that it arrived to Allen PO on the 3rd and there is no more update. I will check with the postman tomorrow and ask about it. If you have any update please let me know. Thanks!

I found the below steps that you'll follow. Please let me know how it goes!
If your order has shipped but never arrived, please report this with the following steps:
Step 1: Go to your Account Tab
Step 2: Select My Purchases
Step 3: Click on the item you purchased
Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
Step 5: Select Order Not Delivered to submit a report to Poshmark.
