jessjalonen Hey @ravenkeltner3 I’m missing a bunch of items from my shipment and the perfume leaked in one box. I also have a broken mirror on an item. It doesn’t seem to have ruined anything except I’m down perfume and all the products smell like it. I don’t want to have to report it, could you let me know what’s going on??

SEE i was at work my husband was ment to pack it for me i left a list and a list of free stuff to put in box.. OMG HE MESSED IT UP!! jessjalonen @ravenkeltner3 @ravenkeltner3 I knew something was wrong! I’m missing the two faced bronzers and blushes except for two of them- one has a broken mirror though. So eight missing and one with a broken mirror. The lot that has the buxom lippie the born this way is completely missing. And the ud foundation isn’t brand new- but I’m way less stressed about that. The stuff that was in the box that the perfume leaked in seems to have aired out already.

jessjalonen @ravenkeltner3 I had to open a case because you didn’t send me a tracking number. I can cancel it once you send me everything that didn’t make it into my order- but if I didn’t report it as not being right posh would have released your earnings today. I wasn’t comfortable with that. Im pretty bummed out because I’m a repeat customer and we’ve always had smooth transactions- and I don’t want to return my order! I just want the items I paid for that are missing and this is super frustrating.

Either when the box arrives here you can make a new listing for me to pay again, or I have a return label. But I’d like to remind you that none of this is my fault and things like this do not “just happen”.
