classy_kicks Hi Jess, I am so sorry about those marks on the shoes. I seriously have no idea how they got there—I package right after photographing, so it’s just weird. I have asked posh to refund your $ and allow you to keep the shoes, so we will see what they do. Try using a Mr Clean magic eraser on the marks—that always works for me when I have to remove ink from shoes. Again, I do apologize for the issue. I have no idea what happened 😔

jessmev2017 @classy_kicks thanks, I will try that! They are so cute, I hope that works. I was so disappointed the one mark is so obvious, if it wasn't I wouldn't care at all. It is weird and I don't think it could've been from the packaging. Thanks again
