But then it says it was pending a delivery scan after that which doesn’t make sense to me. Hope you got them and that you love them! 😊

fashiondiva411 @jesslone Hi Jess. This is the tracking number: 9405510899359898342391. When you enter it into the USPS tracking system you’ll see that it says out for delivery on 10/10 in the morning and then the last comment it has is for later that night when it says “awaiting delivery scan”

fashiondiva411 @jesslone Hi Jess. I noticed that the tracking still said awaiting delivery confirmation so I’m assuming you haven’t yet received your package. I just submitted an online help request which is recommended first and then if after 7 business days after submitting my request, you still haven’t received your package, they recommend submitting missing mail search.

fashiondiva411 @jesslone 9405510899359894436612 is the tracking number and it is valid. If you enter it into USPS tracking it will come up. I have no control over what happens to a package after It leaves my hands. The package was packaged up and shipped out. I understand that you want your package but I don’t have control as to whether or not the USPS delivers it. It is their recommendation that a help form be filled out and then the recommendation to wait 7 business days and then file a missing mail request.

That being said if you don’t want to wait for the missing mail request I will try to submit a missing mail request for you today. But please don’t assume that I’ve done anything untoward because I haven’t. I have an excellent reputation and it’s quite frankly concerning that you would become angry with me over something over which I have no control. This delivery problem is on the part of the USPS not me.

fashiondiva411 @jesslone Good Morning. Yes I know the situation is frustrating. I also contacted Posh customer support last evening and explained the situation to them. They should reply today at some point and when they do I’ll be sure to follow up with you. The tracking number is valid and I’m able to pull it up in the USPS system so I’m not sure why you’re not seeing it as active.

fashiondiva411 @jesslone There’s record of the help request that I made with USPS and which you should see if you go under your order and then click on the order status. That will also list that tracking number. My funds aren’t released until the package is marked as delivered or accepted by you so trust me when I say I’m not happy with this situation either and I hope it’s resolved expediently. I’ll keep you informed of any updates. Thank you.

fashiondiva411 @jesslone Hi Jess. I just checked and the last activity is from 10/10. I’m going to upload screenshots for you from the USPS website and share them to you. It went from NY to Dallas to Plano and then stopped tracking on 10/10. I’m not sure where you’re seeing that it went back to NY. The tracking status from top to bottom is in reverse chronological order.

jesslone @fashiondiva411 thank you. Yes all packages go to UPS STORE. LAST NIGHT I got noticed that I had 4! So I’m hoping that it’s there. But it wasn’t on Saturday and Monday. Thank you for your hard work. If we find a way that it was stalled by all means, let’s take action. I’m picking up today and meeting with the manager. 💜
