Sorry you weren’t satisfied w the sunglasses. I have never worn them and they have been in the case since being purchased. They are insured through MK if you want to go through them to fix any issues.

@lo_mendez I appreciate your response. However whether worn or not you failed to disclose that the arm has defects.
I would have just appreciated a more honest post from you.
Your idea of remedy, is not possible. I did not purchase them so I do not have any proof of purchase (As well they only offer a 2 year limited warranty.)
