@jlachner34 Go to your purchases, pull up the order, click on problem/order inquiry. It will open up a small box for you to enter your problem. Tell them you told her to not ship the product since you found out it was fake and also tell them you will not be accepting the order in an event she still ships.

@aksh8899 I tried doing that and whenever it hit problem/inquiry it says once the order is placed there’s no cancellation and I can’t type anything in a box

@jlachner34 that's odd. Did you tell her to cancel and not ship. Do that so you at least have proof that you told her not to ship. Mention it's fake. You can screenshot that at dispute. Do not accept the order if she ships.

@jlachner34 if she ships, click on problem/order inquiry and mention the issue. Keep the screenshot of letting her know that you asked her to cancel handy. They will not charge you and have you return it at her cost.

@aksh8899 yup! I went back to comment a third time and it said I can’t comment. I took a screenshot and sent that in with my complaint as well so I have proof. But she deleted my comments and blocked me!

@jlachner34 awesome! Poshmark will take care of it. I dont think you have to worry now. She has so many different profiles. She just changes the name and relists the same products. See how many of those fake ones she has sold!!!

If you do see other people commenting on her stuff, you could do what I did. Glad you didn't pay for fake shit! Have a nice evening!!
