racaber23 @joypeacebliss , hi I'm new here and just posted my first listings today. One of them was a red faded glory dress. I received a msg on it inquiring about tears or stains and was asked to respond to their personal email. Is that the norm? I went ahead and responded as they asked and received a response that made little sense and it sounds like bot/scam. How do I report this user? Any help or/and advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

joypeacebliss @racaber23 oh, wow! I had the exact same message yesterday about a pair of shoes I listed. Poshmark terms of use do not allow communication off the site. Do you still have the message? If you do, tap on the user name. When you get to their page click the dots on the top right and choose the option to report them. I’m sorry there are fakes out there. Probably a phishing scam.

racaber23 @vane_g1110 Hi, I'm so sorry the boots didn't fit you. The boots are Torrid brand and they have the elastic on top for extra stretch, by the buckle. Did you try to adjust it? That should give you extra room. If that still doesn't work and you would like to return them please go to your order details and file a return claim. Poshmark takes about 1-2 days to review and process according to their FAQs.
