erjumper I received the one pair of shoes back today. I’ve never had a return before so I’m not sure what we do next. I can ship out the black ones right away. Poshmark has already withheld my payment. Did they refund it to you already? I don’t know if you have to re-purchase the items or if the money is just being held until the Transaction is complete.

hellabay @erjumper - Hi there, I'm not sure. I've sent 2 emails to poshmark trying to get help with this and haven't heard back. :( I'm new to poshmark and don't really know about any of this. Any suggestions?

erjumper @jaykayschu I just reproduced the bundle as Poshmark canceled the last one. Since it was canceled, it did not let me see the purchase price so I sent an offer I believe is lower. Please purchase the new bundle and I will get your shoes shipped out immediately. Again, I’m so sorry for the hassle. Thank you so much for your patience.

erjumper Good morning! I have received no further word from Poshmark and this has gone on long enough. The last I heard from them The sale was canceled and that is still the status I am seeing under my sales. So apparently you must re-purchase the two pair of shoes and I will send out the correct color, black ASAP. Thank you so much and again I apologize for all of this confusion. I will be much more careful in the future.

erjumper @jaykayschu oh I’m so sorry! It looks like we were both going through the same thing at the same time. I just lost my dog as well. I’ve been completely isolated here but he always kept me smiling and laughing. It’s so quiet here now. I don’t know if I could ever find another dog like him. He was such a silly boy. My protector. It just hurts so badly. 💔🐾. Just remember that all dogs go to heaven!

morganhorsegirl hello! you just purchased my vans shoes (my sons shoes that is) I got them out and am trying to clean them up, i mean they are used....but in great shape. Boys and white shoes- uffda!....just wanted to make sure you saw in the pictures the little stain on the from left top of the shoe....I have put two different stain removers on it and hoping it comes out. They will dry overnight and I will ship them tomorrow. I hope this is ok. have a great evening
