starrynight24 Hi Jessa! I was reviewing the listing for the Lole Lily bag as I was packing it up for you, & I noticed where it says there is an included shoe bag. I copy & pasted that description from Lole, & I know when I bought it direct it would have had all accessories. I have the included clear cosmetics pouch but I can't for the life of me find the separate shoe bag. I can include a different brand shoe bag from Carbon 38, one I think is better anyway :) Are you okay with that? I'll tag you in a pic.

xxmellixx Hey I know this is weird and a long shot but do you still happen to have the order number from when you ordered the bag in case I need to contact PLG for any warranty issues with the bag? I believe they have lifetime gaurantee for certain issues, thank you I appreciate your help!! If not no worries :)
