kaylascloset628 Hello! I’m so sorry about the missing piece on the north face jacket, I missed that when I was going over the item! I found that you can request one for free directly from north face - this is from their website: “If your buckle is broken or misplaced we would be happy to send you a new one. You may contact us by email at tnf_consumerservices@vfc.com to request a replacement buckle to be sent out...”
