s131 Hi Jesse, this is S131 (Lisa) the one who you purchased the Aldo black strappy heels from 5 days ago. My apologies in advance for not responding to you right away; I am currently active duty military (out of state from my home) and I have not been permitted to use my smartphone till today.

s131 I had my friend go by my storage unit this morning to get the heels you purchased- though unfortunately she told me that one of the heels is damaged. On the top part where your heel rests inside the shoe- the leather peeling (about a quarter in size). I cannot believe that has happened; my storage unit is climate controlled. I do not want to sell you a slightly damaged item; therefore I regretfully had to cancel your purchase order.
