It was listed as a free people size medium jacket, it is a forever 21 size small jacket. There is no way to tell that from the photos and that was not the description. I do not wear forever 21 clothing. I would have never bought it if it was described correctly.

@bohobriii You can't tell from the photos you posted exactly what the brand is because the photo quality is not great. Both issues I have with the item are your fault for not listing the item correctly, and you will run into problems with customers returning items when you do not describe them perfectly (I've sold on eBay for over 10 years). You can't argue that you listed the items brand and size completely wrong (not my fault).

@bohobriii and yes, let's poshmark decide. I've bought a few items on here, all perfect. You shouldn't get so angry at customers for returning an item, it's pretty rude and definitely terrible customer service.

@yttihsho no and I highly doubt post will close the case in your favor considering you're lying about the size and THE BRAND SAYS FOREVER 21.. it's honestly your fault for not reading completely and not even communicating period. So whatever so have I. I sell here and EBay and have had ZERO issues. The jacket in the picture is what you got. And the BRAND is listed correctly. Regardless of what the title says.. the details are important and you're responsible for reading them. 👋

@bohobriii and failing to communicate with you? I am supposed to confirm receipt or report a problem when I receive the item, so I reported the problem. Obviously communicating with you about my issues would have just resulted in this same harassment about how I "can't read." That doesn't seem effective in resolving this situation.
