peterjes42 @loulou1023 perfect I think this works! I hope you’re having a great evening so far! I just opened the namastay mat about 20 minutes ago to take to a yoga class tonight and the middle of it is actually all worn out, flat, and has no grip.

peterjes42 I know this is not your fault at all and there was absolutely no way you could have known this and it was my fault for not opening the mat when I received it. I just wanted to let you know so you were aware. I did take pictures too just in case you’d like to have them. They aren’t the best, but I can definitely take better ones when I am home this evening.

loulou1023 @peterjes42 ohhh no!!! That is very strange and the 1st time I’ve ever gotten that feedback as you see all we have is 5 Stars. All of the mats are new, as you received it sealed in its original packaging. You can send it back and I’ll send you a new one, no charge. Sorry this happened to you. Feel free to return.

peterjes42 @loulou1023 thank you so much, that is so nice of you and I really appreciate you doing that! I will wrap it back up and sent it to you! This is my favorite mat and was so sad when Lulu stopped selling it. I’m actually going to be buying a couple more from you to have as backup for when this one needs to be replaced haha. I will send it back to you either tomorrow or Wednesday, does this work?

peterjes42 @loulou1023 I have been arguing with USPS since yesterday morning. You were supposed to receive the mat on 4/7, but it said arriving late, which it still says, and they have not been helpful at all... :( Did you get the email with the tracking number and my return address I sent to you on 4/5? Also, do you still have a decent amount of the mats left, I don't want to miss out and may just purchase another to have on-hand, so I have a backup for the future. I'm glad I purchased insurance...
