symone_31 Sorry for the inconvenience but when I started to pack your item, I doubled checked to shoe size and it is actually a size US MENS 10/ WOMENS 11. Unless this works for you reorder the item. This is Symone with the Dr.Martens 1461 bed black

symone_31 @jesselarios01 Yes the box is incorrect. The shoe is 1 full size down. It will fit if your a MENS 10 not a MENS 11.
