tunatom68 Hi, I just called USPS to see what’s up with this delivery. I was told it’s on its way to the next destination from the NH distribution center. I was also told that it will be delivered late. No kidding! I can’t tell you enough how sorry I am this is happening. I ship same day or next if it’s after 3pm EST. My buyers always receive within 2-3 days. I’m so puzzled by this, and angry 😠

tunatom68 Well, you automatically are insured when you ship. If it gets lost you still get paid and the buyer gets reimbursed. I’d rather you got the bag. I loved that bag 😕
