letsgetposhing @jlcordova1 Hi Jesse! So I’ve had a little mishap. I sent out two items on the same day, yours and another Posher, and I mistakenly mixed them up. Needless to say, I sent the wrong item to you. She received your boots, and you will be mistakenly receiving a pair of shorts. I am in contact with Poshmark Support and I will let you know what needs to be done to get the right items to the right people. I am so so sorry!! 😢

letsgetposhing @jlcordova1 Hi Jesse! You are so super sweet, and THANK YOU SO MUCH for understanding! Poshmark Support notified me this morning that they are sending you a shipping label for the person who actually purchased the item you received. All you have to do, is re-tape the package with its contents, put the new shipping label on it, and send it off. They are going to be sending her a shipping label as well, to send you your purchase. jlcordova1 @letsgetposhing the shorts were delivered today, I’ll be happy to ship them on to their new owner. Don’t worry about it, no big deal on my end:). The card you sent was super nice along with the lagniappe (so sweet). I’ve never shipped through posh before so I’m just now sure how they send the new label?

letsgetposhing @jlcordova1 Hello! They will send it attached to an email. So all you have to do is print it and attach it to the outside of the package you’re sending. You can reuse the one I sent it in, or the post office will give you one. Shipping is already paid for so you won’t have any expenses. 😊

jlcordova1 @letsgetposhing, I dropped it in the mail today. I don’t have a printer at home so I wasn’t able to shop as quickly as i would have liked. They’re on their way to their new home now.

I just checked online and saw that delivery was attempted on 3/29, but usps said they were not able to gain access to the property. jlcordova1 @letsgetposhing , I live in a tiny village (we don’t even have a gas station...just a bar, two churches, and a post office...lol) and the post office has reduced hours...I work two jobs and am never home during their hours. I don’t under how it’s even a possibility they couldn’t gain access as I have gotten the rest of my mail. Maybe they tried delivering to the wrong house, of??? I may be able to make it on Thursday to the p.o. To check.
