hairverge Hey I'm sorry the wire snapped on you! That's not good!:( I put in the claim how there is an extra wire in your package! It's in the clear baggy! I can explain to you how to tie the extra wire on if there's any confusion! But basically you just tie it 5 times on both sides. One on the weft and the other on hook so you can adjust it ! Ive worked with a lot of different halo brands and every brand has the wires snap occasionally.

hairverge There's no brand that has found an unbreakable wire yet :/ I called and all the wire is 10 pound fishing line. But if you feel like it's confusing to fix, I definitely understand you wanting to get your money back or a new one ! I can also call and explain if you have any more questions!

jesshoward10 @hairverge thank you for the response. Years ago, I bought the Halocouture after going through chemotherapy that damaged my hair. I didn't have any issues with broken wires. unfortunately, it got lost in a move. I would like to send it back for a refund. I will most likely look for the couture brand. Thank you again. The hair itself is beautiful.
