heatb122 Hi there! I am so sorry to hear about the damage with the jewelry box. It was brand new with no damage when I shipped it. Unfortunately I do not have anything comparable I could offer. Gotta love USPS😔 Just curious but when you received the package was there any damage to the outside box?

heatb122 @jeduardo08 You should file a claim through Poshmark to return the item and get a refund. Here are the instructions: Select My Purchases /Select your order Select Problems/Order Inquiry Select Order Not as Described Select a reason for the return You should add pics of the damage. They will open an investigation which may take a few days, Hope this helps! Take care!!
