mkjvaldez Well, I just left the post office and my regular person was not there and the person on duty did not know why there was a delay in shipping (mentioned holiday but it was shipped way before that) confirmed it did “ship” on 11/13. I’m so sorry for the delay. I will continue to track it!

mkjvaldez @jessmoore414 I’m so sorry for all of this, I have NO idea what is going on. I have sent multiple messages to Posh but have not heard back. I will go to the Post Office in the morning to try again to see what is happening. This is such a horrible thing, I’m so sorry to you for having to deal with this!! I will let you know first thing I find out & am always in communication so feel free to contact me anytime. Have you tried contacting Posh?

mkjvaldez @jessmoore414 I cannot follow the tracking information and the last time I talk to PO they had no answer for me. I sent another msg to Posh but still have not heard back. I promise I will do everything I can to find out what happened and get you that bag!!

jessmoore414 @mkjvaldez I heard back from Poshmark and they said to ask my neighbors! The package was delivered somewhere in Texas and I live in Pennsylvania, so they missed my whole state! I wrote them back and I will keep you updated! Thank you for all of your help!

mkjvaldez @jessmoore414 I just walked out of the post office right now and they have no idea what is going on. Said that the shipping label may have been damaged?? (If it delivered somewhere then I’m not sure how that is the case) I’m surprised I have not heard back from Posh at all. I have shipped 100’s of items and never had this issue with the post office

mkjvaldez Did you hear anymore back from Posh? I have had deliveries from Poshmark Thursday, Friday & Saturday and was hoping it would somehow show up, but nothing. I am so sorry about this!!

jessmoore414 @mkjvaldez I contacted Poshmark again and their solution was for me to contact “my local post office in Austin Texas”. Which doesn’t work for me because I live in Pa. would you be able to give me a number of the post office you used so I can call them? I need the name of a supervisor and the number of my formal complaint. This is so frustrating on both ends.

mkjvaldez @jessmoore414 hi! I am out of town right now, sorry for the late response! The post office only deals with the shipper, I have talked to everyone there. Since it was “delivered” they said they box was damaged, delivered to wrong location or stolen from an outside location. I have not seen it since I shipped it to you so I’m not sure what happened to it! Posh needs to count this as a “lost package” at this point. They never responded to any of my messages. 😞
