As for the odor, I am not sure how that got there as I hand washed and dried the tops before listing them. Again, I am so sorry for your trouble. jessismore @forlovehopejoy Hi, thank you for checking! From what I understand, there is not much wear to the corners and the handles stand up on their own? I have the same bag in a different color and I personally found the medallion to be annoying so I am fine with it not having one, as long as there is some kind of zipper pull.
